West Forest of Dean PCN, hosted by G DOC Ltd, seeks an experienced Registered Adult/General Nurse to lead and coordinate a new Cardiometabolic Health Project across GP practices in Gloucestershire. The role is fixed term for 6 months and part-time to full-time (22–37.5 hours per week).
You will travel between Forest of Dean practices, attend meetings, and ensure immunisations per NHS guidance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
