Currently, the architecture team is growing rapidly, and they’re looking to bring in a Technical Architect to join a talented team of 25. With a strong focus on delivering bespoke software solutions, this is a place where architects can truly make an impact.
You’ll play a key role in shaping software architecture and delivery across projects, combining deep technical expertise with stakeholder influence to help teams design and implement enterprise-scale systems that meet business and user needs.
You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team where mentorship, coaching and a “no ego” culture are built into the day-to-day. Your contribution will be visible, valued, and supported.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong software architecture experience - designing modern enterprise-scale systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Growth mindset – eager to learn, mentor others and contribute to the practice.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred, Azure also used).
- Awareness of DevOps and QA practices.
- GDS experience.
- Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF.
