We’re looking for a creative and user-focused Content Designer to join a brilliant User-Centred Design (UCD) team working across large-scale public sector projects.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing user-focused content across websites, services, and applications, making complex information easy to understand.
- Working closely with service designers, researchers, and developers to align user needs with organisational goals.
- Leading content audits, reviews, and testing to continually improve clarity and accessibility.
- Creating and maintaining tone of voice, content standards, and style guidance across multiple products.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate ideas and influence content strategy decisions.
- Advocating for content design best practices and user-centred thinking across teams.
- What You’ll Need
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience designing within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
- strong experience with GDS
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
- Confidence working across different CMS tools and design platforms.
