Technical Business Analyst (Product-Focused) | Hybrid: London | Salary up to £65k

If you’re someone who thrives in complex delivery environments, knows how to bridge the gap between business and tech and can confidently challenge stakeholders whilst keeping delivery on track… then I could have the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Owning requirements end to end — From early discovery through to delivery, you’ll shape, refine and manage requirements so teams have exactly what they need to build.
  • Bridging business and tech like a pro — Sit between engineers, architects and stakeholders translating complexity into clear, actionable outputs without the fluff.
  • Getting into the detail — User stories, process mapping, data flows, integrations… you’re comfortable getting properly stuck in.
  • Working closely with agile teams, refining backlogs, answering questions and making sure nothing blocks progress.
  • You’ll manage expectations, push back when needed and make sure delivery teams are set up for success.
  • Influencing without the ego — You know how to bring people with you, handle tricky conversations and keep things moving without creating noise.

  • Hybrid: London (2 days a week)
  • Salary up to £65k (depending on experience)
