I’m working with a growing digital delivery team who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of discovery activity, support other BAs and play a key role in shaping how work moves from idea to discovery to delivery. This isn’t a “pure senior leadership” role with layers of governance and hierarchy though. It’s a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you’ll grow into more responsibility as the team scales, particularly across discovery and alpha work over the next 6–12 months.

You’ll be part of a small but expanding multidisciplinary team helping bring structure, clarity and direction to a busy and evolving digital portfolio.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading discovery & alpha work.
- Shaping, defining and refining future delivery work across key services.
- Owning requirements and analysis activity from workshops and stakeholder engagement through to backlog definition and delivery support.
- Supporting and mentoring other BAs, helping raise consistency and quality across the wider BA function.
- Bridging business and delivery teams, working with Product Owners, UX, Designers, Architects and technical teams to turn ideas into delivery-ready work.
- Helping improve ways of working, contributing to how discovery and delivery processes evolve as the team grows.
- Bringing structure to complexity, helping prioritise competing demands and keeping delivery outcomes in focus.
Hybrid: Sheffield (Ideal is 1 day a week). 37-hour week with flexible/compressed hours available. Salary up to £50k depending on experience.
