Lead Service Designer| Remote first: West Yorkshire | Salary up to £85k + bonus
We’re looking for an experienced Service Design lead with strong GDS and public sector experience to join a high-performing User-Centred Design (UCD) team working on complex, meaningful services.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, shaping services end to end and working closely with smart, motivated people who genuinely care about doing the right thing for users!

What you’ll need…
