We’re supporting a Tech4Good organisation that’s investing heavily in its Data & QA function as they continue to scale their digital platform. They’re now hiring Senior QA Engineers to help define what quality looks like across mobile, web, and backend systems. This is a hands-on senior role with real influence. Ideal for someone who wants to shape best practice rather than just execute tickets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading mobile automation across iOS & Android applications
- Building and maintaining automated tests across mobile web, APIs & backend services
- Designing clear, purposeful test scenarios that support shared team understanding
- Embedding functional and non-functional testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborating with engineers on testable architecture and reusable frameworks
- Coaching squads on quality strategy, tooling, and testing best practices
- Championing shared ownership of quality within agile teams
