Senior Product Manager – Logistics/Supply Chain/Operational/retail | Wigan | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

We're working with a leading UK-based digital retail provider that’s scaling rapidly and making big waves with their services.

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of their core operational systems — the heartbeat of their operations. 🔍 The Role:

You’ll be at the centre of digital transformation for healthcare operations. The goal? To build scalable, efficient, and regulation-ready systems that support everything from day-to-day workflows to major strategic shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the product vision and roadmap for internal operational platforms
• Working closely with pharmacy, tech, and compliance teams to deliver value fast
• Translating complex needs (like GPhC compliance) into smart digital workflows
• Owning and prioritising the product backlog with clarity and purpose
• Defining and tracking KPIs to measure impact (think: error rates, processing time, uptime)

👀 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in product management (retail/operations/regulated industry experience is a big plus)
• Proven success owning B2B or internal-facing tools in an Agile setup
• Strong grasp of stakeholder collaboration — especially with cross-functional ops and tech teams
• Comfortable in the detail (e.g. compliance requirements, pharmacy workflows) without losing sight of the big picture
• Someone who wants to work on a product that makes a real difference to real people
