I am currently partnering with one of the fastest-growing and highest-rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK, who are looking to recruit a Senior Programme Manager to join the IT team, based at Head office in Leeds. The purpose of the role is to own the delivery of the IT portfolio from end to end, from a single project through to a coordinated programme of work. Providing the governance, planning, financial control and stakeholder leadership that turns the business's strategic priorities into delivered, benefit-releasing outcomes, and line-manage the Project Coordinator. Salary: Up to 90k + Holiday purchase scheme + Career Progression What we're looking for: Define and run programme and project governance: stage gates, decision forums, assurance reviews and clear reporting to the senior stakeholders and sponsors. Manage senior stakeholders across the business and third parties, including vendor-delivered change, contracts and SLAs, with clear communications throughout. Own integrated planning across the portfolio: scope, milestones, dependencies, critical path and resource plans spanning in-house build (Azure DevOps), vendor and SaaS change, and COTS configuration.
