About the Role
As Product Owner, you’ll bridge the gap between vision and delivery. You’ll help turn ideas into impactful digital features that improve the wellbeing journey for users — collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Experience teams. You’ll shape the roadmap, manage sprint cycles, and serve as a key advocate for the user experience throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring tasks deliver maximum user and business value.
- Requirements Translation: Convert stakeholder input and user insights into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- User Insight: Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all teams.
- Sprint Support: Make quick, informed decisions to keep development moving.
- Feature Ownership: Take responsibility for feature development from concept through release.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Proven success in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Clear, confident communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong understanding of digital product development
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Figma, Trello or similar
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experience or interest in wellbeing, behavioural change, or lifestyle apps is a plus
