I’m looking for a product focussed, Technical Business Analyst to join a growing team working on a large scale transformation programmes!

You’ll be hands on, working closely with delivery teams, whilst also acting as that key link between business and tech that keeps everything moving.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning requirements end to end. From early discovery through to delivery, you’ll shape, refine and manage requirements so teams have exactly what they need to build
- Bridging business and tech like a pro. You’ll sit between engineers, architects and stakeholders translating complexity into clear, actionable outputs without the fluff
- Getting into the detail. User stories, process mapping, data flows, integrations… you’re comfortable getting properly stuck in
- Supporting delivery. Working closely with agile teams, refining backlogs, answering questions and making sure nothing blocks progress
- Having your team’s back. You’ll manage expectations, push back when needed and make sure delivery teams are set up for success
- Influencing without the ego. You know how to bring people with you, handle tricky conversations and keep things moving without creating noise
Hybrid: London (2 days a week)
