About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be the person keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, QA, and internal specialists while steering clients through delivery with confidence and clarity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Scheduling workloads and coordinating between teams
- Agreeing project scope, timings and costs with internal specialists and clients
- Creating and communicating clear project plans
- Working with lead developers on estimating and tracking progress
- Running stand‑ups and keeping production aligned
- Ensuring work is completed to spec and meets quality standards
- Identifying project efficiencies and ways to improve delivery
- Collaborating with QA testers to ensure thorough testing
- Providing regular project updates and reports to clients and internal teams
- Leading wash‑ups and helping implement improvements
- Monitoring commercials and ensuring day rates are maintained
- Supporting senior PMs on high profile or complex projects
- Helping shape and refine processes within the PM function
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confidence leading client conversations and setting expectations
- Experience in digital project delivery, ideally in an agency
- Understanding of UX, CRO, web design, development, CMS, SEO
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies
- Resource planning and project planning experience
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Experience with developers, designers and CMS platforms (Kentico, Umbraco, Shopify, Adobe, BigCommerce)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, TeamGantt, HubPlanner
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office
