We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager who knows their way around big ideas, bigger budgets, and smart strategy, and who’s ready to make a real impact. You’ll work closely with a Head of PPC, owning and optimising high‑performing paid search campaigns across multiple markets, alongside a team of specialists who genuinely care about doing great work. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of large and/or complex paid search accounts across multiple networks
- Planning, launching, tracking, and optimising PPC campaigns across UK and international markets
- Leading client and sales calls with confidence, strategy, roadmaps, results, the lot
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts (and acting on them)
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and performance targets like a pro
- Conducting keyword research and deep‑dive performance analysis
- Setting up and maintaining tracking and goals
- Delivering clear monthly reports and detailed quarterly audits
- Owning campaign success, ROI, and KPIs from start to finish
