About the business

After successfully completing the start-up phase, they are looking to recruit a new SLT member to help guide their operational scale-up.

The role

You will be responsible for managing the development, delivery, and performance of Android applications, ensuring best practices in software design, quality, and performance.

Key responsibilities include

• Guide a team of Mobile Engineers
• Establish what \’good\’ engineering practices look like
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality software delivery
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency
