Data Insight Analyst – £45k – 3 days onsite in Manchester
G.Digital are now working with one of our amazing partners to find their next key hire, after working with them in the Cyber Security space they now have an urgent need for an Insights specialist to join their Manchester team!

Skills:
Strong experience with Tableau or PowerBI
Great Excel skills with reporting being a key element of your role
Finance system experience using Workday
Proven experience in a HR analytics role, ideally with a strong understanding of HR processes and data
The role:
You will help support the existing team of 3 and BI Manager to tap into key insights driven from employee data
Will present to senior level stakeholders, creating beautifully designed dashboards in PowerBI
Be an expert on Workday, having used this or a similar finance system to conduct analysis and create daily reports
Be a proactive and curious problem solver keen to create projects outside of business critical tasks, presenting information to the wider business
