G.Digital has exclusively partnered with a world-class technology consultancy as they establish a brand-new Data Practice. Known for delivering bespoke software, data platforms, AI solutions, cloud transformations and technology advisory services to some of the world's leading organisations, they are now investing heavily in their Data capability and are looking for a Head of Data Consulting to shape, scale and lead the function.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy and growth roadmap for the Data Practice across Data Engineering, Platforms, Governance and AI.
  • Partner with clients, sales and delivery teams to shape solutions, develop proposals, win new business and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Data specialists, establishing best practices, reusable frameworks and driving successful end-to-end delivery.

What they're looking for:

  • Experience leading Data consulting engagements within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record delivering across the full data lifecycle, from strategy and design through to implementation and scale.
  • Experience building, leading and growing Data functions across Data Engineering, Data Science and AI/ML.
