I'm currently hiring for a Business Intelligence Manager to join an innovative and globally recognized, award winning organisation. This role sits within the People Team, so your focus will be HR/People data. You'll be working closely with stakeholders to turn insights into actionable, positive initiatives across the business. You'd be reporting into the Head of BI, with 2 direct reports underneath you. At this level, not only would you be looking after the analysis, you'd be guiding the strategy!

  • Have the ability to pull data/create reports from HR systems
  • Be experienced with data visualisation
  • Be able to successfully line manage 2 analysts
