If you're a Senior/Lead Business Analyst who loves building teams, creating structure and shaping how a company delivers change then this role is very exciting. I'm working with a super successful business in the health space. They're the fastest growing in their area within the UK!
With over 4000 employees, ambitious plans to scale, expansions into other countries and PE backing supporting future growth, this is a business with huge momentum behind it. They want to hire their very first dedicated BA as part of a major phase of digital and operational transformation with this role sitting at the very heart of that journey.
You'll be coming into an environment with lots of projects already happening across multiple departments but no central BA function currently in place. What does this mean for you? It means that this isn't just about requirements gathering, it's about helping bring visibility, structure, consistency and scalable ways of working across the wider business.
You'll be working hand in hand with the senior leadership in a genuine partnership to create their delivery function. This is a blank canvas with your name on it.
Why you'll love this role:- Be the first dedicated BA in the business. Step into a rare greenfield role where you'll genuinely define how analysis, discovery and delivery works going forward.
- Get hands on with meaningful digital transformation work. From patient facing platforms and booking systems through to internal tools that actually change how the business operates day to day.
- Take ownership of untangling and improving complex, manual workflows. You can bring clarity, structure and smarter ways of working across multiple departments.
- Huge scope to grow your influence as the business scales. This isn't a capped role, it evolves as you help build it and when it grows you grow with it, stepping up into more senior roles/gaining more responsibility.
- Play a key role in defining how the organisation delivers change. Introduce scalable BA practices, modern agile ways of working and proper delivery structure from the ground up (no preconceptions or existing processes - have the freedom/autonomy to do things your way).
They need someone confident, commercially aware and hands on. Salary up to £90k (dependent on experience).
If you're a Lead/Senior BA who enjoys transformation environments, loves solving operational challenges and wants the chance to help shape a growing tech function from the ground up, I'd absolutely love to chat.
