Our partner is looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to transform how their operations actually run across multiple businesses, sites, and some of the country's most critical construction and infrastructure supply chains.
Real factories. Real warehouses. Real processes. Not another internal dashboard.
This isn't building AI products to sell.
It's applying automation and AI to real operational problems manufacturing processes, supply chain efficiency, commercial reporting, and business workflows that affect factories, warehouses and logistics teams across the UK.

What you'll be doing
Working with Power Platform and Power Automate to deliver automation across a diverse group of businesses.
Building data-driven workflows using Microsoft Fabric and Data Factory.
Collaborating directly with stakeholders to spot opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
Helping shape the group's adoption of Copilot and emerging agent-based technologies.
Getting out to sites when needed this is a role where you'll see the impact of what you build.
What they're looking for
Strong Power Platform experience, particularly Power Automate, is essential.
You'll need a solid understanding of data integration, APIs and system connectivity, and exposure to modern Microsoft data platforms.
Equally important is the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, this is a business-facing role as much as a technical one.
Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, AI or ML exposure, RPA tooling, and experience across multiple business units are all a bonus.
This will suit someone currently working as a Power Platform Developer, Automation Engineer, RPA Developer, or Data & Automation Engineer who wants to work at real scale with genuine operational impact.
