Role Description

This role is integral to ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met through the delivery of exceptional service and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, third‑party logistics providers, and GComms customers to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

Reporting to the Senior Service Delivery Coordinators and the Bid and Tender Manager, the post holder will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Delivery Team in achieving high standards of customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate the flow of customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain service continuity.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Assist with the training and development of junior team members.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy, customer‑focused environment.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience within the telecommunications, logistics, or service delivery sectors is desirable.
