About You Have you created online content that has driven sales growth?
Do you enjoy generating B2B leads and sales through organic channels? Would like to make a positive impact across a group of companies making delicious food products? In this newly created role, the Content Marketing & Demand Generation Lead generates and qualifies leads and enquiries for all four Olidor Group businesses, working closely with the commercial teams, who own the conversation and the account from handover. This is a key role that generates leads through organic channels: LinkedIn, short-form video, search, email and trade networks. Paid activity is small, targeted and used only where it clearly pays back. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and Commercial teams this role ensures our two main lead generation routes drive campaign traffic, convert content into enquiries and orders, open conversations with target customers, and support account growth. Taking detailed technical materialingredient market reports, category analysis, and product specifications and turning it into content that a trade buyer will read, watch and act on. To be considered for this role please submit a cover letter with your CV detailing your experience in using online content and the demonstrable impact this content has had. About Us The Olidor Group is a dynamic investment company with a growing portfolio of high-quality companies with the food industry. This includes Brusco Food Group, a high-quality ingredients supplier, The Original Baker, a producer of sweet and savoury pastry products and character biscuits, Four Anjels, an artisan producer of sweet treats and Karimix, a producer of worldwide inspired sauces, pastes and chutneys. We're on an exciting journey and we're looking for expert and passionate people to grow with us.
What You'll do Organic-led demand generation: Build lead generation through organic channels first and matched to the audience. Improve search visibility on category, product, and application terms. Build gated content, landing pages, enquiry routes, and follow-up sequences that turn interest into a conversation. Work with the Ecommerce Manager so that traffic lands on pages that convert, and online enquiries are captured and actioned. Run small, targeted paid campaigns only where they clearly pay back, managed against cost per lead. Support trade shows, sampling, and events, including the campaign and follow-up around them. Lead management and CRM: Own marketing-generated leads and enquiries up to handover and work with the commercial team to nurture and qualify. Own the marketing use of the CRM: data capture, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture, and data quality. Work with the commercial team on activity aimed at named target customers, categories, and accounts. Content: Turn technical, category, and product material into content that trade buyers engage with and act on. Plan and deliver the content calendar across all four brands, producing it in-house. Keep a consistent tone of voice for each brand, and manage creator, chef, and partner collaborations where they support lead generation. Reporting: Report monthly by business on leads and enquiries by source, and on content and campaign performance. Maintain attribution so that marketing's contribution to sales can be evidenced, using GA4, platform analytics, and CRM reporting.
