The Junior Project Manager will work closely with the PM's and assist in the co-ordination with internal and external project teams, third party consultants and other stakeholders. GA's global reach through four international studio locations requires that the Junior Project Manager will be embedded into multi-studio project teams as required, assisting on the delivery of contracted deliverables for the interior design of luxury hotel projects worldwide.
Responsibilities- Project specific documentation: Prepare project documentation as instructed by the client's commercial and project management team.
- Variations: Prepare VO's, price and assist in the negotiate process for the successful approval of variations and additional fee bids.
- Project Reports and Programmes: Prepare and maintain project reports and programmes.
- Resource management: Prepare and update project resource plans on the ERP system.
- Invoicing: Work with the PM's and internal Finance and Administration team to prepare the monthly billing in accordance with contract terms.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in project management is preferred.
- 1-2 years of demonstrable relevant project management experience– ideally in a high-end design or architectural firm. Please note that this is not a design role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Projects.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and able to work well under pressure and to multiple strict timelines.
