Role Overview
Building on our core expertise in options trading, we are expanding our futures trading capacity. We are looking for an experienced Senior Futures Trader to join our team and contribute significantly to the growth of our derivatives business. You will manage and operate the futures book while leading the specification of technological improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our crypto futures book supported by a 24/7 team.
- Run, monitor, and optimize systematic trading algorithms.
- Contribute to strategy development and trade idea generation.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and fellow traders in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering) from a top‑tier university.
- At least 5 years of futures trading experience in a hedge fund, proprietary desk, or market‑making firm, including a minimum of 3 years in crypto futures trading.
- Proven track record of generating consistent profits over time.
- Experience with systematic or semi‑systematic strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for markets.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly collaborative, responsive, and responsible.
Preferred / Desirable Experience
- Experience trading options is an advantage.
- Coding knowledge and experience is an asset.
