Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives across strategy, finance, and emerging markets. This role is ideal for candidates with knowledge in management consulting, financial markets, and crypto/digital assets, who want hands-on exposure to business development in a fast-paced, analytical environment. You will work closely with senior team members on market research, client engagement, pipeline management, and strategic initiatives. This role is expected to be part-time, fixed-term (2 months, with possibility for extension).
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development and go-to-market strategies across consulting and finance-related projects
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research, including traditional and crypto markets
- Assist with client outreach, lead generation, and relationship management
- Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring accurate pipeline tracking
- Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and internal strategy documents
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and support decision-making
- Support ad-hoc strategic and operational initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field, top-tier university preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced trading environment
Preferred / Desirable Experience
- Experience or strong interest in management consulting and/or finance
- Familiarity with financial markets (traditional and/or digital asset markets)
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience with CRM tools, HubSpot preferred
- Basic coding or data skills (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel/VBA, or similar) are a strong bonus
Location and Right to work:
We are hiring for our London office with the expectation of the candidate being on-site for min. 2 days a week. Only candidates who live within commutable distance to Central London and who possess the pre-existing right to work in London without requiring company sponsorship need apply.
