We’re looking for an exceptional freelance / contract Creative Designer to join our London Marketing team at Fyxer. We’re looking for someone to join the team on an ongoing contract (initially), based in our London HQ (minimum 3 days per week on-site).
You’ll work closely with our in-house creative team and marketing partners to bring Fyxer’s story to life across high-impact marketing touch-points, from landing pages and research papers to email and digital advertising.
- Design high-quality marketing assets across channels: landing pages, email, research/whitepapers, paid digital ads and campaign assets.
- Translate strategy, messaging and copy into clear, compelling visual narratives that get noticed, understood and acted upon.
- Maintain and evolve Fyxer’s new brand system across marketing surfaces, ensuring consistency, craft and clarity.
- Design with performance in mind — iterating based on engagement data, A/B tests and user behaviour.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, video editors, marketers and product partners to bring ideas to life.
- Bring fresh perspectives, strong taste and high standards to help raise the overall creative bar.
What we’re looking for:
- 5–8+ years of experience as a designer working on digital marketing (landing pages, ads, email, campaigns).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, craft and commercial impact.
- Excellent attention to detail — from layout, hierarchy and typography through to final polish.
- Digital-first mindset with a clear understanding of how design performs across platforms and channels.
- Comfortable designing systems as well as one-off assets — and knowing when each is needed.
- Confident working with copy, shaping layouts that enhance clarity, flow and persuasion.
- Strong knowledge of modern design tools (e.g. Figma).
- Entrepreneurial and highly driven — thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
- Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
