At Fyxer, we spend a lot of time figuring out why that happens, and what makes the rare ads people actually stop for, listen to, and click on. We’re growing quickly, and creative plays a big role in that. We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to help us find more of those winning ideas.
About Fyxer: Fyxer is an AI email assistant that organizes your inbox, assists with emails, and writes draft replies ready for your review. It learns from your tone, your past conversations, and the context around your work. The result: an inbox that helps you move faster instead of slowing you down. Our customers are ambitious professionals who build their reputation in their inbox. When they stay on top of email, they stay on top of their work.
The role: You’ll sit within the creative team, reporting to the Head of Creative. Your job is to turn insight into direction for the team. That means finding patterns in creative performance and customer behaviour, shaping strong briefs, and helping our designers, videographers, and copywriters produce work that actually drives growth. You’ll work closely with marketing managers and channel owners across paid channels, but the focus of the role is creative thinking.
What you’ll do: Study what works. You’ll spend time inside ad platforms looking at creative performance. Which hooks make people stop scrolling? Which messages convert? Which audiences respond differently? You’ll combine that with customer research and market context to deliver hypotheses worth testing. Write the briefs that guide our work.
