The Mission
At Fyxer, we believe the only sustainable competitive advantage for a startup is the quality and speed of execution. We are looking for a Product Lead who operates like a Staff PM: someone who owns our most important product bets end-to-end, from ambiguous problem space to shipped outcome. You combine sharp product judgment with hands-on discovery skills, and you measure yourself on commercial impact, not output. We're not looking for someone to write specs and manage a backlog. We want someone who helps us think better, decide better, and ship better. The goal isn't more process, it's higher quality decisions made faster.
You will work directly with our Head of Product, CTO, founders and senior engineers to shape what we build and why.
What you will own
- You will not hand anything over. You will own the bet from first insight to shipped impact.
- Own discovery through delivery for our most important product bets, from early ambiguity to validated direction to launched product.
- Work directly with engineers and founders from the start of any initiative as the accountable product owner, not a coordinator.
- Frame the problem, define the hypothesis, and choose the fastest route to signal: interviews, prototypes, fake doors, experiments, or just shipping and measuring.
- Translate messy qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction, then drive that direction through to execution.
- Set success metrics, make the call on when there's enough signal to build, and own the outcome either way.
- Embed structured learning loops into how we operate so insight compounds over time.
- Raise the bar of product thinking across the team: coach others, introduce lightweight frameworks, and get the whole company closer to customers.
Who you are
- You are a full-stack product thinker.
- Outcome owner: You connect user behaviour to funnels, retention, and revenue. You think in bets and expected value, not feature lists, and you hold yourself accountable to results.
- Discovery-strong: Genuinely fluent across qualitative research, behavioural insight, and experimentation. You generate strong signal quickly and pick the right method for the decision at hand, rather than outsourcing the thinking.
- Engineering partner: You work shoulder to shoulder with engineers, translating insight into crisp problem framing and practical tradeoffs. Engineers want to work with you because you make the work clearer, not slower.
- Decision oriented: You know when there's enough signal to move. You sharpen hypotheses, clarify thinking, and make confident calls under uncertainty. You'd rather ship and learn than perfect and wait.
- Force multiplier: Your impact shows up in how the whole team operates. You build repeatable systems for discovery and decision-making that outlast any single project.
The Role
You will be the senior product voice on our most important initiatives, working directly with the Head of Product, CPGO, founders, and senior engineers. This is not a support function. You will be embedded in high impact work from day one, with real authority over what we build and why. You will operate at speed. We care about generating signal quickly, making informed decisions, and shipping fast. You are comfortable working with imperfect information and tightening your thinking as you go. You will move fluidly across the full product lifecycle. Some weeks you will be deep in user interviews or pressure testing a major bet, other weeks you will be in the detail with engineers getting something over the line. You will have significant autonomy. We expect strong judgment, clear communication, and ownership of outcomes. If there are specific tools you believe are critical to moving faster or generating better signal, we will support that. We want you to design the right setup, not work around constraints.
Why Fyxer?
- We are intentional about our team. We believe a small, exceptional team working with extreme focus will always outperform a large, bloated organization.
- Autonomy: We hire people who want ownership and then we actually give it to them.
- Velocity: You will be fast-tracked into senior responsibilities far earlier than at a traditional company.
- Scale: We are on track to hit $100M in revenue by the end of 2026. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth rocket ship at the foundational stage.
