About our Client
Our client builds financial infrastructure for purposeâdriven giving. Their platform has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars across hundreds of organisations globally, connecting donors with causes that matter to them, at moments that matter most. Their suite of products serves a growing global community of donors and the charities they support. The infrastructure is worldâclass. The creative output hasn't kept pace. This role exists to change that.
The Role
This is a handsâon production role for someone who makes things, not someone who plans what other people make. You'll own the creative output across organic and owned channels: concepting, producing, writing, and publishing content that reflects both the quality of the platform and the significance of the mission.
The distinctive requirement here is the combination of two capabilities most candidates only have one of:
- AIânative content production at a high standard
- Strong storytelling instinct to match the right copy and tone to each piece of content
Data becomes a visual. A research insight becomes a piece of content. A campaign moment becomes something people stop scrolling for.
Responsibilities
- Storytelling & AudienceâNative Copywriting
- Write platformânative copy â not repurposed, resized, or adapted content
- Translate data, behavioural insight, and research into compelling narratives
- Adapt voice across contexts: campaign urgency, community warmth, institutional trust, seasonal emotional weight
- Create content for both reach (new audiences) and depth (existing community)
- Understand audience behaviour and produce content accordingly
- Take briefs from datasets, insights, or research and turn them into fully produced, platformâready assets
- Produce content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and inâplatform surfaces
- Use AIânative tools for production and editing (video, imagery, voiceover, scripting, design, etc.)
- Understand how each platform consumes content differently
- Stay current with evolving AI tooling and workflows
- Produce authentic, lowâproduction content when needed:
- Onâstreet interviews
- UGCâstyle content
- Donor or partner storytelling
- Occasional sitâdown interviews
- Own and maintain the content calendar across audiences and channels
- Manage asset libraries, versioning, and workflows
- Coordinate external contributors when required
- Repurpose content intelligently across formats and platforms
- Produce content that lives inside the product experience
- Create campaign assets and donor journey content
- Maintain consistency between external and internal experiences
What We're Looking For
- Essential
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range
- AIâgenerated visuals, video, and written content
- Platformânative content examples
- Hands-on fluency with AI content tools (not just experimentation)
- Strong copywriting instinct
- Selfâdirected and organised workflow management
- Cultural sensitivity and curiosity about global communities
- Experience with purposeâdriven or communityâfocused brands
- Understanding of organic growth and distribution
- Familiarity with content analytics and performance metrics
- Motion graphics or animation capability
- AIâorchestrated content created from data or research insight
- Highâperforming content examples
- Experience creating content for culturally nuanced audiences
- Independently managed content calendars or workflows
- Automation or orchestration workflows across tools and channels
What This Role Isn't
- Not a content strategyâonly role
- Not a traditional photography or videography role
- Not a role requiring heavy creative direction
This is a handsâon production role for someone who can take a brief and turn it into highâquality, finished output independently.
