Senior Webflow Developer in London

About the Role: As a Freelance Webflow Developer / Designer at Fyxer AI, you’ll contribute directly to the ongoing creation and development of fyxer.com and satellite websites, the home of one of London’s fastest-growing startups. Working across the Design and Brand teams, you’ll be reporting into Jordan (Design Director & Webflow Developer). We prioritize creativity, communication, and speed. We embrace AI to help us produce greater quality work, at pace. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, ambitious team with creative freedom and immediate impact.

The interesting stuff:

• Time: Ideally You’ll work with us 5 days per week, we could flex to 4 for exceptional talent.
• Location: You’ll be based in our central London office 4 days a week, with 1 at home.
• Starting salary at £65,000 + equity.

What You'll Do:

• Update and develop fyxer.com as the business and brand grows.
• Creative Collaboration: Fyxer.com is a living thing with multiple stakeholders. Having this align into business and growth objectives.
• Embrace AI: What’s the next big breakthrough that will make production and creativity on webflow more interesting? Webflow AI?
• Maintain Brand Consistency: How do we bring the Fyxer brand to greater life for the web?
• Quick Turnaround: Thanks to webflow we can move quickly.
• Design intentionality: Where the value of both beauty and performance meet.
• Sustainable performance building: Sharp, shareable building using a css class convention Finsweet CF or T.Ricks Lumos. (Open to other suggestions).

Your Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years experience as a digital designer and webflow developer in an agency or startup, ideally within Tech, DTC, B2B, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Highly communicative, proactive, and collaborative; you thrive working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Embraces AI in your workflow, comfortable using and experimenting with new tools.
• Competence with Logic and APIs (Zapier/ Make, Custom builds).
• Supreme comfort in not-knowing but figuring it out.
• Front-end Javascript literacy.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong brand understanding, and solid design principles.
• Productive curiosity toward the next creative opportunity within the design / development space.
• A curiosity and design instinct for a beautiful web that converts and retains.
• Fundamental understanding of complex box-modelling and all other webflow basics.
• Foundational SEO and GEO comprehension and ability.
• Exceptional competence with building from and for CMS.
• Knowledge of branching and managing different levels of admin contributor.
• Responding to tickets and providing internal admin support.
• Webflow practitioner certification.
• Analytics and testing expertise.
• Adherence to Finsweet client first v2 or Lumos v2 CSS orging/ combo convention.
• GSAP proficient.
• Comfortable or willing to upskill to into finsweet attributes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Motion Graphics.
• Experience working in Sprint Cycles.
• T.Ricks Appreciation.
• Knowledge of Jetboost.
• Posthog literate.
