Our product helps client-facing professionals like consultants, recruiters, and real estate agents automate the painful admin tasks that consume their time, such as email overload, scheduling chaos, and meeting notes.
The Role: Head of Talent (Founding People Hire)
We are looking for a Head of Talent to scale our team globally, with a focus on building world-class commercial teams in the US and UK. You will be our first in-house talent leader, reporting to our Chief People Officer and partnering closely with our founders and leadership team.
What You’ll Own:
- Own and execute the global hiring strategy across GTM, Product, Engineering, and GA
- Build out our commercial presence in the US: org design, comp strategy, benefits, sourcing, and onboarding
- Partner with founders and C-levels to define what ‘great’ looks like for every key hire
- Architect our internal TA infrastructure: tooling, scorecards, interview design, data/reporting
- Run executive-level hiring directly and build a world-class talent team over time
- Drive employer branding initiatives across outbound, social, events, and PR
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...
- Have 7+ years of experience in high-growth tech startups, ideally with a strong focus on the US and UK markets
- Have led talent at Series A-C+ companies, preferably as a founding or early talent leader
- Are obsessed with quality, pace, and candidate experience and know how to balance all three
- Have built US commercial functions from scratch: you understand local talent pools, compensation, and cultural nuances
- Are confident influencing at C-level and enjoy acting as a true partner to the exec team
- Are hands-on: happy to build strategy and run searches
- Thrive in high-context, fast-moving environments where speed of execution is a competitive edge
