- This role pays £90-120k year + equity.
- Kameron, our Senior Growth Engineer, is the hiring manager.
- Work from our office in Chancery Lane, London, Monday to Thursday. Fridays are work-from-home days.
What are we building?
We’re developing an AI Productivity tool to eliminate admin burdens for client-facing roles like real estate, consulting, and recruiting, by organizing inboxes, drafting replies, and taking meeting notes directly inside Outlook, Gmail, & Zoom.
How’s it going?
Since launching in May 2024, we’ve grown to $8M revenue, serving thousands of users, and raised a $10M Series A backed by top-tier investors including Marc Benioff and 20VC. We are now in hypergrowth mode.

What will I do?
- Own and execute experiments to improve product-led growth at Fyxer AI.
- Work independently to generate ideas and execute them.
- Use data from Metabase, BigQuery, and PostHog to analyze experiments and prioritize tasks.
What does our ideal hire look like?
Must have:
- Expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Full-stack capabilities with experience in client/server-side code, SQL, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Skills in data analysis, UX design, product development, marketing, and conversion psychology.
