Key Responsibilities
Lead the consolidation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) across all entities within the holding structure.
Manage financial and management accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Cypriot and international standards (IFRS).
Manage and coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors in Cyprus.
Drive the implementation and transition to a new accounting/reporting system, including automation and optimization of financial processes.
Manage tax planning in alignment with corporate goals and local regulations.
Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to support business growth.
Supervise and guide local finance teams across different entities to ensure consistency and high quality of financial data.
