ABOUT THE ROLE
Developer Lead (Full-Stack) who takes ownership and stays highly hands-on. You design, build, and ship key features end-to-end with minimal overhead, no endless alignment, and no "ping-pong" back and forth. The focus is speed of execution, engineering accountability, and predictable delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Lambda-first product on AWS Serverless: event-driven workflows, reliability, observability, security.
- Integrations: acquiring and banking rails, external providers.
- Optimization and improvements: cost/latency/stability, reducing technical debt, faster and safer releases.
- Nice to have: Go (possible long-term direction for parts of the platform).
- Tech Stack: Node.js (TypeScript), AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora DB, full-stack JS/TS.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- 3+ years as a Lead (or equivalent ownership role with real accountability).
- Strong full-stack capability: confident across backend and frontend.
- Deep, production-grade AWS experience and a serverless mindset.
