We are hiring a Business Development Manager II â UK & Ireland to drive yearâonâyear revenue growth by maximising marketing opportunities with our distribution and global card partners across B2C and B2B channels. In this role, you will work closely with Distribution Partner Account Managers, crossâfunctional teams, and major brands like Apple, Google, and Roblox to deliver strategic, commercially strong, and scalable retail marketing activity across the UK and Ireland. You will ensure campaigns are aligned, highâimpact, and deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver retail marketing revenue across the UK & Ireland through Distribution Partners and BHNâowned channels, meeting or exceeding annual targets.
- Drive a consistent, scalable, and highâimpact marketing approach by partnering with Distribution Partner and Card Partner Account Managers.
- Lead planning, execution, optimisation, and performance analysis of retail marketing campaigns, providing clear ROI insights.
- Develop dataâdriven marketing proposals and annual partner marketing packs to increase engagement, investment, and conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and card partners to secure and deploy promotional budgets, while maintaining accurate tracking of investment, margins, and costs.
- Leverage market, category, and consumer insights to inform strategy, improve processes, and design innovative retail marketing activity.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Marketing experience, across both B2C and B2B environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationshipâbuilding skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.
- High commercial and analytical acumen, able to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fastâpaced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
