We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to accelerate awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement across the UK market. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of marketing and sales. You’ll work closely with the UK sales team to develop and execute integrated field marketing programs that drive demand, strengthen customer relationships, and support revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for building and executing regional marketing initiatives across events, ABM programs, executive engagement, partner activations, customer marketing, and local campaigns — while collaborating closely with global marketing functions including content, digital, brand, product marketing, and communications. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and enjoys operating in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

Missions

  • Develop and execute the UK field marketing strategy aligned with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and SDR teams to support account-based and territory growth initiatives
  • Plan and execute regional events, executive roundtables, webinars, and industry conferences
  • Drive integrated campaigns in collaboration with digital, content, campaigns, and product marketing teams
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence in the UK
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, ROI, and key marketing KPIs
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, partners, and event providers; ensure strong alignment between regional initiatives and global brand positioning

Skills

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in field or regional marketing or demand generation
  • Strong understanding of mid‑market and enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams
  • Familiarity with ABM / ABX approaches
  • Strong project and event management skills
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and pipeline impact using Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
