Overview: Due to growth, a new opportunity has become available for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a key segment of our product suite. This role calls for a strategic thinker with a solid foundation in product management, sharp analytical and technical acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. Your track record of influencing stakeholders and driving product success within a global organisation will be instrumental in shaping the future of our offerings. The role is key in terms of liaising with the go to market teams and Product, ensuring we are strategic in our go to market and sales enablement approach, whilst fully aligned with Product enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision and Planning: Develop and articulate a go to market product vision and strategy for UK expansion, aligning with overall business objectives. Identify and prioritize target channels and verticals for product launches, considering market needs, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Develop and present business cases for new product initiatives and expansions.
  • Product Development and Localization: Oversee the development of products that are adaptable and scalable for targeted markets. Ensure products are localized to meet the specific needs and preferences of different markets. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and preferences in different markets. Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product launches and expansions. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization. Continuously iterate on products based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in product management, product development, and/or product marketing.
  • Experience in international markets and cross-cultural communication.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
