Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support
- Strong experience with Microsoft Server and Azure/M365 E5
- Experience managing VMware v Sphere and SAN storage
- Confidence communicating complex technical detail to both technical and non-technical people
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to lead by example
- Ability to pick things up quickly and get stuck in
Responsibilities
- Own 2nd/3rd line support across core Microsoft Server, Active Directory, SQL, and the M365 E5 stack
- Work hands-on with Azure, including operations, administration, and ongoing cloud development
- Manage the VMware and SAN estate, including ESXi, v Centre, and physical server hardware
- Support core networking across LAN/WAN, firewalls, switching, and Wi Fi
- Work within a zero trust security model and follow cyber best practice standards
- Create documentation and training materials that genuinely help the business
- Help improve, shape, and evolve the infrastructure and Azure cloud estate
