- Owning 2nd/3rd line support across core Microsoft Server, AD, SQL, and the M365 E5 stack
- Getting hands-on with Azure - operations, administration, and ongoing cloud development
- Managing the VMware and SAN estate (ESXi, v Centre, physical server hardware)
- Supporting core networking - LAN/WAN, Firewall, switching, Wi Fi
- Working within a zero trust security model and genuinely living the Cyber best practice standards
- Creating documentation and training that actually helps the business, not just ticking a box
