Location: Woking (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week onsite)

Salary: £65,000 to £80,000 base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission OTE: Up to £140k+

The opportunity:

We’re working with a fast-growing technology business that delivers enterprise-scale Digital Experience and Transformation solutions into the NHS and wider public sector. With an established national customer base and strong market reputation, the business is entering a significant growth phase as they continue to expand their commercial team and solution offering. This is a strategic new business role focused on developing relationships across NHS organisations and selling complex SaaS and digital transformation solutions into senior stakeholders. You’ll be joining a collaborative, commercially driven environment where the focus is on long-term customer partnerships, consultative selling, and delivering measurable operational impact across healthcare environments. The role offers strong earning potential, a highly supportive leadership team, and the opportunity to join a business with ambitious long-term growth plans.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business growth across NHS organisations
  • Managing the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Building relationships with senior NHS stakeholders and digital leaders
  • Leading discovery sessions, demonstrations, and commercial discussions
  • Managing framework, procurement, and tender-led opportunities
  • Developing proposals, presentations, and business cases
  • Working closely with internal product, delivery, and leadership teams
  • Maintaining pipeline forecasting and CRM activity
  • Negotiating and closing complex software agreements

What we’re looking for:

Essential experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience within B2B SaaS or technology sales
  • Experience selling into the NHS or wider healthcare sector
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles
  • Tender and procurement management experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar
  • Commercially driven with a proactive, resilient approach

Desirable / bonus experience:

  • Experience selling Digital Transformation or enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Understanding of NHS procurement frameworks
  • Experience engaging with senior healthcare stakeholders
  • Experience within high-growth SaaS environments
