We’re partnered with a growing SaaS and Digital Transformation business delivering large-scale platforms and digital solutions into the Social Housing and public sector market. The business has an established customer base across the UK and is continuing to invest heavily in both its product offering and commercial growth strategy. This is a strategic new business role focused on developing relationships with Social Housing providers and selling enterprise-grade digital solutions that improve engagement, operational efficiency, and customer experience. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong leadership support, long-term progression opportunities, and genuine earning potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new business growth across the Social Housing sector
- Managing the full sales cycle from cold outreach through to close
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Leading demonstrations, discovery sessions, and commercial negotiations
- Managing framework and procurement-led opportunities
- Developing compelling proposals and business cases
- Working closely with internal product and delivery teams
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Identifying and developing strategic growth opportunities
What we’re looking for:
Essential experience:
- 3+ years’ experience within B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience managing full end-to-end sales cycles
- Tender and procurement experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven
Desirable / bonus experience:
- Experience selling into Social Housing or the public sector
- Experience selling Digital Transformation or enterprise software solutions
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders
- Understanding of framework-led sales environments
