What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and direct outreach
  • Speaking to candidates on the phone every day
  • Building talent pools of niche technology skills
  • Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions
  • Posting job adverts and assisting with social media activity
  • Managing candidates through the full interview process
  • Supporting the Sales team on live vacancies
  • Learning how to develop client relationships and win business
  • Working towards clear activity and performance targets

Your Career Path:

This role is designed as a launchpad into Sales, with progression based entirely on performance. Some people move quickly, others take a little longer, it all depends on you, your drive and motivation. There are no speed limits on progression here; your growth is driven by the results you deliver.

  • Phase 1: Learn resourcing and delivery, candidate management and gain technology market knowledge
  • Phase 2: Build client exposure and commercial awareness
  • Phase 3: Step into a Sales Consultant role with full revenue responsibility

Location and Package:

Based at our modern office in Swindon, you will receive:

  • National Apprentice Wage (age dependent) plus bonus scheme and salary review upon completion of apprenticeship
  • 37.5 hour working week option
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Recognised Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification
