Senior Business Development Manager | NHS SaaS & Digital Transformation Location : Woking (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week onsite )Salary : £65,000 to £80,000 base (DOE) + Uncapped Commissio nOTE : Up to £140k + The opportunit y:We’re working with a fast-growing technology business that delivers enterprise-scale Digital Experience and Transformation solutions into the NHS and wider public secto r. With an established national customer base and strong market reputation, the business is entering a significant growth phase as they continue to expand their commercial team and solution offeri ng. This is a strategic new business role focused on developing relationships across NHS organisations and selling complex SaaS and digital transformation solutions into senior stakehold ers. You’ll be joining a collaborative, commercially driven environment where the focus is on long-term customer partnerships, consultative selling, and delivering measurable operational impact across healthcare environm ents. What you’ll be doing:Driving new business growth across NHS organi sationsManaging the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through t o closeBuilding relationships with senior NHS stakeholders and digital leadersLeading discovery sessions, demonstrations, and commercial disc ussionsManaging framework, procurement, and tender-led opport unitiesDeveloping proposals, presentations, and busines s casesWorking closely with internal product, delivery, and leadershi p teamsMaintaining pipeline forecasting and CRM a ctivityNegotiating and closing complex software agr eements What we’re look ing for:Essential exp erience:3+ years’ experience within B2B SaaS or technolo gy salesExperience selling into the NHS or wider healthcar e sectorStrong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience managing complex consultative sale s cyclesTender and procurement management ex perienceExcellent communication and stakeholder managemen t skillsExperience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similarCommercially driven with a proactive, resilient approach Desirable / bonus ex perience:Experience selling Digital Transformation or enterprise SaaS platformsUnderstanding of NHS procurement f rameworksExperience engaging with senior healthcare sta keholdersExperience within high-growth SaaS env ironments
