Responsibilities:- In this client facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to design and implement cutting-edge Salesforce solutions to solve real world business problems.
- You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects across the full lifecycle, wear different hats and test your skills in an environment that values expertise, creativity, and career growth.
- You will take ownership of Salesforce projects, ensuring delivery is of a high-quality while balancing both functional and technical responsibilities.
- Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Managing stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
- Hands-on configuration and development, leveraging declarative tools as well as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other custom solutions when needed.
- Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Driving project success, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates.
- Mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise.
You will need to be a dynamic, hands-on Senior Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats across different projects.
- Deep functional expertise, including requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
- Hands-on Configuration skills Technical capabilities, with hands-on experience OR a good understanding of Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, data modelling, integration. Familiarity with query languages such as SQL and SOQL (desirable but not essential).
- Salesforce Certifications with a commitment to continuous learning.
- While you don’t need to be a full-time coder or developer, you will ideally have some hands-on experience or at least a strong knowledge and will be comfortable getting involved in technical aspects when required.
- Competitive salary from £60,000 to £70,000
