This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments where you can shape strategy and get into the detail.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal-facing applications that will be used across stores, call centres, and operations teams.
  • Act as the bridge between the business and external tech providers, translating commercial goals into actionable requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, API-first solutions that make a measurable impact.

  • Experience of overseeing the implementation and integration of Scheduling, Optimisation or Logistics technology systems is desirable.
  • Strong technical fluency, able to engage confidently with engineers on architecture, APIs, and system design.
  • Comfortable working in a scale-up-style environment, wearing multiple hats and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, from shop floor to senior leadership.
