Are you an experienced change leader ready to make an impact where it really matters? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic non-profit organisation with a real purpose. As Senior Business Change Manager, you’ll take the lead on meaningful change initiatives for a range of projects that reshape ways of working and deliver lasting benefits across the organisation. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running – applying proven change management theory and approaches, crafting engaging communications for diverse audiences, and designing and delivering training that sticks.
You’ll be a confident advocate for people in a technology-driven environment – unafraid to challenge the status quo, influence senior leaders, and ensure our people are at the heart of every decision.
What you’ll do:
- Lead change initiatives across multiple projects, aligning to the organisations strategic vision
- Develop and deliver robust change plans, training, and communications
- Engage and support stakeholders at all levels
- Identify and manage resistance, champion adoption and track benefits realisation
- Shape a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Upskill and mentor Project Managers on smaller projects to deliver change management on their own

This is a hybrid role which will see you work remotely and visit the organisation’s Swindon office on a weekly basis. Some flexibility to travel to other locations may also be required on occasions.
