We’re hiring a GTM Systems & Automation Manager to join a growing Revenue Operations team at a leading technology business. This is not a traditional CRM systems admin role. It’s a build-and-evolve position for someone who wants to:
- Own and improve core GTM systems (Dynamics 365 + HubSpot)
- Design and implement automations
- Integrate tools across the revenue stack (including DealHub)
- Help shape how Sales, Marketing, and CS teams actually operate
In your first 6 months, your focus will be on:
- Stabilising and improving the current CRM environment
- Driving better data quality, structure, and usage
- Supporting key integrations across the GTM stack
- Identifying and automating manual workflows
- Acting as a technical partner to RevOps and commercial teams
From there, you’ll play a key role in building out the GTM systems roadmap and unlocking more value through automation and smarter system design.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone with 10+ years in one system. We’re looking for someone who can combine strong technical fluency with business understanding and who is:
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to build systems
- Comfortable working across CRM, data, and automation
- Able to understand how GTM teams actually work - and improve it
- Experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops or from CRM / Business Systems
You’ll need to have hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform / Automate
- HubSpot development and administration
- Development skills in C#, JavaScript and SQL
- Integrations or APIs (basic understanding is enough)
- Bonus if you’ve worked with other GTM tooling (CPQ, enrichment, sales tools, etc.)
- An interest or basic experience in AI-enabled workflows, copilots, AI assistants
Why This Role?
High ownership from day one. Opportunity to move from “admin” to builder. Work directly with RevOps leadership on system design. Shape how the revenue engine operates, not just support it.
This role suits someone who wants to build and improve systems, not just maintain them. You will be happy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and will be looking to step up into a broader GTM Systems / Engineering role. This is a remote-based role with very occasional visits to the office in Madrid. Fluent English speaking skills are essential.
If you’re someone who enjoys figuring things out, building better systems, and making commercial teams more effective, this could be a great fit! Apply NOW.
