We’re looking for a Technical Talent Partner to join a highly reputable Consultancy within the Banking space. This isn’t just your standard internal talent role; we’re looking for someone who understands the intricacies of technical/engineering end-to-end recruitment processes, is inquisitive, and can handle the day-to-day of working for an organisation that only hires the best of the best.
Joining a small talent team, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Recruitment & HR whilst working closely with hiring managers across a range of business areas to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes, focusing on both permanent and contract roles within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking culture and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for a range of technical and corporate positions
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
- Sourcing candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build strong talent pipelines
- Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding processes with precision and professionalism
- Maintaining regular candidate communication to ensure a great candidate experience
- Managing relationships with external recruitment partners when required
- Supporting contract and permanent hiring activity across the business
- Continuously improving recruitment processes and contributing ideas to enhance our direct hiring model
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment delivery role (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing skills, ideally using LinkedIn Recruiter
- The ability to build strong relationships, both with fresh outreach to prospect candidates and key internal stakeholders
- A passion for providing outstanding service and improving processes
- The ability to work independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team
