Are you an experienced Network Engineer with deep expertise in VMware NSX? We are looking for a highly skilled Lead NSX Engineer to join a cutting-edge programme within the Aerospace, Defence. You will act as the technical authority for all things NSX, leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of network architectures within hyperconverged infrastructure environments. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for DV clearance (active clearance is highly desirable). This role is onsite in Farnborough, 5 days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead deployment and configuration of VMware NSX-T components, including:
  • Logical networking
  • Distributed firewall
  • Load balancing
  • VPN services
  • Deliver advanced network virtualisation and micro-segmentation strategies
  • Ensure high availability, performance optimisation, and security across network services
  • Design and maintain identity and access management solutions aligned to tiered models
