Key responsibilities:

  • Own and govern the SOC Security Architecture across platforms, integrations, detections and operating models.
  • Lead security architecture activities across SOC services and client engagements.
  • Define security controls, high-level and low-level designs, and testing requirements.
  • Shape detection content standards, including rules, use cases and correlation logic.
  • Act as the technical authority for security designs, blueprints and technology roadmaps.
  • Support SOC maturity, assurance and accreditation requirements including CREST.
  • Review technical changes, provide architectural governance and reduce security risk.
  • Drive improvements through automation, AI and emerging security technologies.

Essential experience:

  • Proven experience in Security Architecture within a SOC, MSSP, enterprise security or complex security operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of SOC operations, detection strategies, rules and use cases.
  • Experience owning or designing security architectures, platforms and security integrations.
