Job Description
- Working directly with project teams to make sure EMC requirements are built in from the start
- Writing key documents like EMC Control Plans, Proving Plans and Environmental Requirement Specs
- Reviewing hardware and designs – sometimes hands-on, sometimes at your desk
- Supporting testing and providing advice around EMC risks and mitigations
What we’re looking for:
- Background in electronics, electrical engineering, physics or similar
- Solid understanding of EMC and how to apply good design principles
- Comfortable managing your own time, working to deadlines and flexing with project needs
- Any experience with military or aerospace EMC standards (Def Stan 59-411, Mil-Std-461 etc.) is a big plus
